I put my car there the wednesday before last week because of some battery problems, first they said change the battery will be enough, then they said the alternator must be replaced as well, it costs 14 thousand kronor, which is quite expensive, I wanted my car to be fixed so I don't have any other choices.
Two days later on friday they called me said they didn't find the special key/adaptor in my car to take off the wheel, I don't understand why they need to take off the wheel for a battery problem, I told them I put the key home(for safety reasons), and I know they have the same key in the workshop because when I did the service check there last year, they used their own key to take off the wheels. I asked them to use their key as before, and they said they would charge me extra money like several hundred for finding the key, otherwise I must go home and fetch my own key, which will take me one hour to do that, but for them, it's just several minutes to find the key. They insisted to charge me money if I want them to find the key and said "time is money", and even I go home and get the key, I can't get my car back that day as planned, because I will delay their work and can only get my car back the next week. It was 11am and they said they will close at 15:30(actually 16:00), I don't understand whey 4 hours is not enough for changing the battery, but I really needed the car so I had to accept the extra charge and got angry.
After I got my car, I found that the driver seat is damaged, there’s an obviously scrape on it and even the thread is broken. I called them and drived my car there for them to check, the guy used his fingers cleaned the damaged part and then said it's just a normal worn out leather and the dirt is not "fresh"/ New. How can it be fresh if you keep rubbing it with your fingers for a long time?
