Verisure - Lägenhetslarm
The alarm system works great, but the installation process was not what it should be: After having received an offer from a salesperson that came to our house, we agreed to an installation. The installation process (which I had to call for myself, they did not contact me after agreeing to the offer) went fine but when finished the installation person presented us with a much higher installation cost (1300kr more) and monthly fee (60kr more) than our offer listed. We objected to this of course, on which he called the salesperson's boss and that person simply told us "the salesperson was wrong so accept this new price with 2 months for free or we will take everything down again". This is not at all the level of professional service you would expect from a big company like Verisure.

Hi again. I have been in contact with the sales agent and customer support the last days, and we are working on resolving this situation. I feel good with the solution proposed so I can say that I'm a happy customer again now :) Thanks for all the effort!
