The lady who came to clean my house did not speak Swedish or English, so I later realized that she probably hadn't fully understood my instructions.
I had explained that the main priorities were the kitchen and bathroom. Since the cleaning was scheduled for three hours, I mentioned that she could also clean the small toilets if there was enough time. However, she started with the small toilets and went through the tasks rather quickly.
Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning was not up to my expectations. After she... left, I had to clean parts of the kitchen myself. When I pointed out that the bathroom was not clean enough, she seemed a little annoyed.
Despite this, we ended on a friendly note. She showed me pictures of her little dogs and her house. Although I couldn't fully understand what she was saying, I could tell that she was making an effort to be friendly, which I genuinely appreciated.
Overall, I appreciated her friendliness, but the language barrier made communication difficult, and the cleaning quality did not meet my expectations. I believe clearer communication and better attention to the agreed priorities would have made a significant difference, but still quality is not there as expeceted.
