Was down in their shop in Lund to hand in a Watch for repair. The watch was bought in an foreign country, but the warranty is covered by Ur & Penn in Sweden. The women behind the desk said she couldn't help and that it was not their problem. I tried to explain to her that in the warranty manual it said that Ur & Penn handles the warranty, she seemed like she got insulted and started getting defensive. I told her I would try to contact the head office in Stockholm to hear if they knew how I should get the watch repaired, they told me I could go to any Ur & Penn shop in Sweden and they would handle it. I explained my case to the guy from Ur & Penn's head office and he seemed rather surprised that I got rejected in the shop in Lund.
Today the watch was delivered to the shop in Lund, and the women once again said it was not her problem, but she would try to send it to their head office in Stockholm.
Honestly I am very dissatisfied with the help I received, I think it's such a shame one employee can ruin such a nice shop, and what's even worse, after we were there yesterday, she didn't even check up on the rules, but stood her ground even though she was wrong.
So if you are out looking for service, I can not recommend Ur and Penn in Lund.
