The worst possible customer service and planning. Spent two hours here, didn’t assess the wall strength or curtain length properly, brought a technician who didn’t know the situation and therefore couldn’t complete the job, left to catch a train instead of apologising for the wall they broke during attempted installation. When I told Caroline, who was responsible for project managing this (and customer service presumably) that I would post this review she said I was threatening her and hung up the phone on me. Don’t trust especially if Caroline still works there.
