Worst customer service ever. Bought a mowing robot there which was meant to 'avoid obstacles' but still bumped into stuff with its back all day long. Bauhaus took Worx's position and simply said it's an outdoor item, scratches happen! The fact that the advertised feature was totally faulty was no reason for a refund. Shabby business behaviour and in my opinion fraud! False advertisement! Do not buy there!
