I bought two identical Daikin Air to Air conditionings systems about 3,5 years ago. When installed by Daikin I noticed that one of the pumps made a noise. I therefore made a comment about it but nothing more, this was in the middle of summer.
When autumn came it became louder and louder as the the tempature fell. I contacted Daikin who I bought it from, he came and took it apart but couldn't find the fault.
From that point on, 3,5 years ago, Daikin has been here four (4) more times. Always people from Stockholm, younger new from school unexperienced people. They have taken it apart, applied zip ties and left.
It still sounds like an airplane engine when it's cold. I have asked Daikin Sweden, I don't know how many times now, but they just don't care. The warranty is totally worthless. Last time they responded "sounds like a screw is loose".
The other pump I bought, which stands just beside the faulty one, works perfectly.
I wish I never bought Daikin. Not due to the pumps, due to the experience of their non existing support. 3,5 years, taken apart several times. Still says "a screw is loose".
Yes Daikin, a screw is loose, very loose, but it's not the pumps - it's you.
