Horrible service, not only abusive and unprofessional, but doctors seem to be disinterested in patients pain management and no obvious signs of interest to diagnose. Wrote a complaint to the clinic that Nicolas Alshammet forcefully inserted catheter during cystoscopy, not only I scream and begged him to stop, but also grabbed his wrist to stop the procedure, the nurse removed my hand and they both proceeded regardless of my screams. Horrible experience, all should be fired on spot. I hope IVO is going to investigate this further.
