I made an order online for a product which had an expected delivery time of 2-5 days. After 10 days I asked for information with an e-mail and 2 days later they replied to me asking me to contact their shop in Umeå. I tried to call them several times, but nobody answered, so I wrote an other e-mail but I never got a reply to that e-mail or to my reminders. Today, after 3 weeks, I received a SMS saying that my order was ready and packed. Right after, a guy called me telling that they have not the ordered item at stock. So, the order was cancelled and I couldn't deliver my birthday present. This is really bad. It can happen to have problems, but communication should always be there. It is not possible to keep the customer on hold for three weeks without replies. Now, reading the reviews of the other customers, I understand that I am not the only one to have experienced this bad service. An online shop without a proper customer care cannot survive.
