Upsettingly low level of service, avoid at all costs.
Writing this in English so more people could read - I bought a lampholder base with a switch for our vintage floor lamp only to discover that I was charged twice for it when I logged in to my bank account. Next day though Mässingmäster seemed to have found out and fixed the flaw without me having to call them.
However that's wasn't all. The switch itself didn't fit the lamp foot so I went back to the shop to return it where I was met by the blank stare of female sales assistant named Agnieszka, saying without a hint of smile on her face that they won't accept the return of electic components, since it says on the bill "Return of goods according to agreement".
It seems like reaching agreements as part of good customer service isn't exactly her strong side, so I was forced to keep the switch. The most upsettingly that I'm left with a completely unused thing I wouldn't be able to use for anything, which costs a little too much for a component like this. Shame for Mässingmäster, I will never want to come back to buy anything from them, and I urge you to consider before doing the same.
