The PMR Nordic portal had a glitch at the end of my first attempt to order an item, therefore I did it once more. This time the order went through till the end.
On my first attempt I did not get a final message, I even had an error message regarding my user code/password. Although, I received an e-mail saying that the order is on the road!
Therefore I made the second attempt to buy the item and this time I've got the confirmation of the payment, payment registered in my bank account.
Two days later I received two identical items with 2 different order numbers.
Nevertheless, I did not received any invoice via e-mail or within the parcels.
Finally, I returned one of these items, paying for delivery, not knowing what it was wrong in the beginning.
Maybe next time it will be better!

We have received two orders from you by 50 minute intervals and at each order will be sent a confirmation out immediately to your e-mail. You have then received two different e-mails with different order numbers.
Every day before we package orders we check our email in case any customer has canceled their purchase or have any other questions or requests regarding their orders and after that everything goes automatically if we have not received any questions or other.
We regret that you missed this and that you received two packages. Today we received your return and we will process it during the day
