Booked a flight to Malaga through AMEX eurobonus program. SAS changes the flight time and date several times. Flight to Malaga was delayed. Planes are ok. Our flight back was cancelled due to strikes. No customer support at all. You just wait several hours for answer with no result. Nothing happens or they just disconnect you. Impossible to reach them via phone. Chatbot does not work. Now we are not able to apply for refund. When we fill out the online form, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try later" message apears. Very disappointed!
