I bought tailwind caffeinated endurance fuel.
So far i'm satisfied with it.
I use the endurance fuel for long mtb trips and basic endurance training.
Works great and as i'm using it with my backpack and the bladder, cleaning is really easy, just rinse couple of times (as promised).
Also i can see it mixes really easily with water just by mixing a small amount into a glass of water, just after few minutes the color is perfectly clear.
Perfect when mixed with small amount of BCAA gives a nice duracell effect: with a 3 litre bladder i've kept going until it gets dark or my wife starts calling me in the evening if im ok? :D
Keeps hunger away as promised, but it's good to keep few bars with you just to get some texture into your stomach.
I've forgotten about all the gels after started using tailwind.
When doing long endurance runs, the problem with gels is usually that you'll get a huge sugar boost and after 30min-1h also a sugar down (which is not enjoyable to anyone) and need to consume more gels. Tailwind gives the same effect as gels staying at constant level without any ups or downs.
I did find the mixing instructions a bit too sweet or thick.
I use like 1 scoop for 1,5hours of training, amount of water depends of the intensity of effort and outside temp.
Also i had one race with zero gels, only tailwind+bcaa mixed. One gel just for backup never used though. When the others at my level started lactating in the end, i could still keep pushing ;)
