They don't seem to care about the quality of the work. I've used their service 6 times, 4 of those times I got the bike back with new, different problems. - Pay for a tire-service and tube-change. Get it back with a broken spoke, and all the disk-brakes misaligned. - Pay for a tube-change. They didn't even tighten the wheel-nut. When I skipped onto a curb, the entire back-wheel fell of. - Sent my girlfriend to have our Livelo serviced. The up-sold her new tires (they were 4 months old). They did not take care of the broken... Visa mer lights. - Paid for a tube-change. They did not bother to check/clean the rim or inside of tire. Tube went flat after two days. In summary. These guys care more about hanging around, and having a cool image than they do about providing good service. They clearly have no sense of pride in the quality of their work. But they sure don't mind charging you money.
