I ordered a parcel, and all too soon, Budbee told me the delivery was scheduled for a specific evening.
That evening came, and they gave me a time. As that evening went on, that time got later and later, and then, at 9 (with an hour of deliveries left) the driver was right outside my address, and informed me that there would be no time, and I should wait for 'tomorrow'.
Tomorrow came along, and my delivery was scheduled for 5-6PM. I raced home from work early.
At 5:30PM I notice that the driver is over 10 minutes drive away, and has one parcel to deliver before mine, but Budbee says that I will have my parcel in 4 minutes?
Then I get notified 'The driver has tried twice to call you, and as you have not answered, will cancel the delivery'
I contacted their customer support, stating that their driver was close by, and I was happy to travel to them and collect the parcel, due to the failed delivery attempt.
They said no
So, thus far, no parcel has been received.....
