Ja,service är något som inte finns i detta företag.Huset vi hyrde behövde man ingen nyckel för att öppna,det upptäckte vi när låset kärvade mer än vanligt dag 3 och rykte i dörren,och när vi påtalade det och ville ha reducering på hyran fr.800-till vårt bud 500-(för att stanna 1 dygn till) blev det nobben.Den övriga tiden betalade vi fullt pris.
Only used them because a friend recommended. We needed to rent a house for 12 nights during the Tall Ships Race, they charged us for 2 weeks and wouldn't consider a discount. Claimed we hadn't cleaned up when we left--we actually spent three hours cleaning--then tried to charge us another SEK 1,000 for this. Very naughty! Checking their reviews would suggest they're not the best choice.
Riktigt dålig personal på detta företag. De har lurat mig och de flesta jag känner genom att hyra ut en stuga/lägenhet och sen får man något helt annat till mycket lägre standrad!
This place sucks! It's awful, don't even consider going there. The staff is unprofessional, mean and incapable to communicate. Prices are high and they try to cheat every penny from you. Stay as far as possible from Stugcentral!!
