I thought things were mostly OK, the bike was a little bit worn; we had to fix a few tiny things when we got home before we left on our trip.
The one thing that was a bit regrettable, was that when we got back, we noticed a scratch on the bike. After some discussion (we weren't sure if it was us or a previous customer that did it) we kind of agreed to pay half the cost. We checked some pictures we made and it turned out that scratch was there only 3 hours after we took the bike. Emailing again revealed it was not us who did it, and the costs were dropped. I know it's a misunderstanding, but if we hadn't checked ourselves we would have had to pay 1000kr for someone else's damage. I hope in the future they establish procdures to avoid this.
All in all I'm Ok with the service we got, price was decent, they were friendly, etc... Just that one incident that was a bit regrettable.
