We have had 3 experiences with this place and surely we are never coming back. We suggest that everyone who values their time stays away from this place.
Experience 1: Kim visited our place in 2019 and after a discussion promised to send some drawings and suggestions for the shelves. We are yet to receive them.
Experience 2: In fall 2019 we ordered a dining table, which was promised to be delivered in 12 weeks. We received it after 7 months. But it wasn't delay that was a problem. It was the utter unresponsiveness to our emails, calls etc.. We literally had to chase them to get at least some information. After that we stayed away from them for 2 years.
Experience 3. A week ago we passed by the store and really liked a sofa. Decided to give it another chance. What a mistake. After a discussion with a sales consultant we were promised to get an offer the same day. It's been a week... nothing. Passed by the store today, apparently all the information about our order, measurements, fabric etc. was lost.
Dear Brindle team,
It doesn't matter how beautiful is your furniture. If you continue treating your customers with zero respect to their time and experience, you will eventually lose all of them. Today you lost a lot of business as we just moved to a new place that requires a lot of interior design work and we for sure won't be choosing you for this work.
