DHL Freight

If you need your package to get delivered...do NOT use DHL, pick one of the competitors instead! The last 2 times I have been waiting for delivery, I had to arrange to get them picked up by myself.....first time I had to drive 200 km to go and get my package, because the driver had forgotten the package! The second time and the package I received last wednesday, I still haven´t received it, I was expected to get an SMS so I could pick up the package but never received it, and now I have to have my sister to pick up the... Visa mer package and send it to me, because DHL can not send a package from Sweden to Copenhagen!...which I have to pay for on top of not getting the delivery that was originally paid for!! Redicilouse! Airbill # 8038698396 AND not anyone at DHL customer Service cares whatsoever! BAD COMPANY!!
