Vi är mycket nöjda efter att ha anlitat acotax för en mindre renovering i vår lägenhet. Arbetsledaren var under hela processen lättillgänglig på mail och telefon. Väl utfört arbete med byte av klinker, tapetsering, parkettgolv och takmålning. Utförlig redovisning av arbetet efter slutförd renovering. Tapetseringen blev mycket bra, men tog ganska lång tid för hantverkarna.

I've had the worst experience ever with SWEAX. They are highly unprofessional and would never ever recommend their services.
There was an issue with drainage in the kitchen and I asked them to check. As per the housing society's agreement with SWEAX, if the problem is within the apartment, the owner is liable for the cost, but if it is outside the apartment then the housing society bears the cost. SWEAX did absolutely nothing to check where the problem was, just sent a plumber with a plunger and claimed that the problem was solved. They then sent me an invoice for 1200 kr. I'v since then spoken to the produktionsledare explaining the situation, that the problem wasn't solved, that the plumber didn't even check where the blockage was and insisted all the time that I need to pay the invoice, which I finally did.
Because the problem wasn't solved I had to call FSAB who meticulously checked the issue and found that the problem was in the basement. The chairman of the housing society since then has sent a notification that SWEAX has to refund me the money and that the housing society will cover the costs. It has been two months, many emails (with absolutely no response from SWEAX), and one successful telephone call with the produktionsledare (where he said he had not understood from the chairman's email that he had to refund me, but would do it asap now that he had understood). Since this last phone call it has been two weeks and still no refund.
I have gotten in touch with the finance and HR head who has promised to look into the matter. Yet, I had to write this very horrible review of SWEAX because of their highly unprofessional and unreliable service, that has caused a lot of wasted time, effort, and money.
