Not a serious company.
Before I order I got in contact with them to confirm delivery time. They stated 2-6 working days.
Soo I ordered and from there everything went down hill.
It took them 7 working days to pack my order and send it.
When I was in contact with them during this time all they could answer was it’s under “packaging”
After they sent it I got a tracking number which I used to track the package and it stated that delivery would be on thursday, 3 days after they sent it. It would be delivered between 08:30 - 16:00. The package never came. And I took the day of work to make sure I got it, since I would be away for work the week after.
it wasn’t until Tuesday the week after, that I got a text from the delivery company to book another date. That’s another 7 days after they sent it. I waited more than 12 working days. And due to working abroad from my address, and had to go away for 2 weeks. I no longer could receive the package.
When I contacted Trendrum about this issue they put all liability on me the costumer.
Even when confronted about why the delivery never came in the date stated, they cant answer and won’t answer.
I even send them a screen shot with the delivery date and still they can’t answer.
Now I have to pay 700sek for them to ship back the order since I’m not home to receive it.
I would suggest anyone to not use this company. I have order from them before with no issues at all.
But it seems like when issues arise then it’s all on the customer.
12 working days for an order they state will take 2-6 working days is not ok.
And stating a delivery date and not showing up while people take the day of to receive the order is just insulting.
The customer service is incapable of giving anything but a standard answer.
For anyone who have any issues with trendrum.se I recommend you to contact ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) they will help you solve your case.
