Positive experience from the first visit with Patricia to the installation of the inglasning and usage. Patricia came to our place and explained with a lot of patience all the details about the inglasning (in English to adapt to us). She did not put pressure on us deciding on the spot that day and we could think about the offer carefully and even compare it with others. Finally, we decided for Sakkes, mainly because the offer was competitive and they did most of the inglasningar in our building and some neighbors mentioned they were happy with it. During all that decision process, Patricia was always available to help us with our questions and made the process really easy! A couple of months later, we got our inglasning installed. I really liked that the installer created a paper walkpath from our entrance door to the balcony door so that he could walk with shoes (since he had to go back and forth multiple times) without getting our floor dirty. It took him around 8 hours (a workday) and explained to us a few details about how to use the balcony and maintainance. It is been a bit over a month since then and we have started to actually use our balcony. We get quite a lot of afternoon sunlight and if the inglasning is closed, the temperature quickly increases quite a lot which can be quite hot when the sun hits but it leaves a great temperature inside to have a cozy late evening in the balcony once the sun goes away. Great experience so far!
