  • DENNIS M
DENNIS M: Urusla! Möttes, trots flera försök till kontakt, av noll service och total tystnad när jag ville köpa möbler som de stylat ett objekt med som jag köpte. Supertråkig behandling av en potentiell framtida kund!

  • John C
John C: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I moved apartments recently and hired Jesper Laursen/Scandinavian Homes for both the styling of my old apartment and interior design of my new apartment. Biggest mistake I've made in a while. The styling was adequate, but a damaged wall on move-out took weeks to fix after repeated nagging (and my real estate agent's intervention). It got worse. For the interior design, despite his claims, it became all too obvious that Jesper is just a stylist and ill-suited to work on interior design projects requiring collaboration, planning, and consideration of function alongside aesthetics. He created only one iteration of a mood board and started sending product suggestions that felt half-hearted and in one particular case, egregiously wrong: I purchased and lugged home a mirror that he chose, but it turned out to be too large; he said he would reimburse me and didn't. Then he said he arranged movers to pick it up a certain day but they didn't show up. That's just one example. He made repeated promises ("Will do today", "I call you tomorrow or Wednesday", "I'll come back today with a summary", etc.) followed by silence. When pressed, he offered a variety of excuses ("it's been a very intense period because the finalization of some big projects", "legat sjuk", "svårt att förstå och landa i din stil"—isn't that his job?) and kept promising to do better. I was the one tracking remaining work and chasing after him to get answers. Somehow it became me working for him, rather than the other way around. Ultimately, he never produced a complete design package as contracted. Despite acknowledging the situation ("jag delar din bild av att allt inte flutit på som planerat"), he balked at offering a refund. It became so frustrating that I sought legal advice. Most recently, he promised me a refund on undelivered furniture that I cancelled out of frustration ("You will have the money in your account within the time frame"), which as of this writing, I still have NOT received. Scandinavian Homes is NOT a serious business. Every interaction was an exercise in frustration. Don't walk away – RUN.
