I had a very sad experience and I am completely disappointed. A couple of months ago I went to the clinic to make injections of Botox and fillers. Susanna worked with me, and I trusted her professionalism and experience. I said that she can work with zones which she thinks are problematic. We ran out of time during my first visit and we met again a week after. Altogether, I paid about 15000 SEK.
Few days later, my eyelids began to drop, and instead of having fresh face I appeared to be tired and a few years older. Thus, the money I spent was just thrown into the wind. This was not my first Botox injection, but I've never had such an effect.
I re-applied to the clinic. Another specialist worked with me and made injections again, this time into another zone. They promised that the eyelid will rise. However, nothing has improved.
I met Susanna again, and she suggested that this must be a result of a treatment mistake (which coincides with a third party opinion from another clinic), admitting her mistake. Susanna promised to talk to the clinic's owner and call me back. In a few hours I got a call from Susanna and she offered me a compensation in a form of free Botox and 2 ml filler injections. I had, however, to wait until the current effect of injections will pass. I gladly agreed.
I wanted to book an appointment with Susanna one week before my vacations, because the injections' effect has passed. I phoned 010-333 33 13 and they told that they will call me back because they "don't have access to specialist's schedule in Uppsala". Later, a man called me back and told that Susanna will be available on 2018-07-06 and I was glad to hear that.
Finally, having come to the clinic in a good mood and praising service and acceptance of their own mistakes, I discovered that another specialist is scheduled to work with me. I tried to explain that I was promised to receive a free treatment because of the specialist's mistake. However, the answer was that I have to pay anyway. I asked to look up in the journal, specialist replied that this is not possible, but then administrator proved it possible. There was an entry about my free treatment, but the specialist said that they will do nothing and advised to call back. I wanted to talk to Susanna or the owner, but got a reply that Susanna is on vacation until 10th August and the owner has been texted about the situation and I will get a call back soon. Then they said they can't find the key to the drawer with Botox and fillers and the clinic is not working today, but I said I'll stay and wait for the call back. However, in 40 minutes the next client came and the key magically appeared. The specialist came to me and said that the owner called and that journal shows 1ml instead of 2ml and no botox. I said I want to talk to the owner because this is not what I have been promised and this situation appears to be fraud.
I have to say, I have never been humiliated so much. The employees did everything to make me feel miserable. But I have only come to get their mistake corrected! I waited for another hour but no one called me back. I have paid 30-35 kSEK for my all visits to this clinic. However, having come today to receive a guaranteed treatment, having waited so long in the reception, I went back home, humiliated and disappointed.
I just want to tell Susanna and the clinic's owner (which never called me back), that I am not after getting things done for free - I have money. However, I want to be treated in a professional and decent way. I did not want to get more than was promised, but I did not expect such a poor treatment.
