I sent some flowers yesterday. It worked fine and the flowers were beautiful, but as I see it, there are two big flaws in this service that makes me want to use another service next time.
1. StickaBlommor sends a text to the reciever saying that they are going to get flowers delivered and asks them to confirm their address.
The surprise is in the text message rather than the actual flowers. It's just like saying what's in the birthday gift, before it's unwrapped.
2. There is a lot of branding and text in the bottom of the postcard that was attached.
Is it StickaBlommor who is sending a message to the reciever of the postcard or is it me? StickaBlommor comes off as desperate, thinking about conversion rate rather than providing an elegant experience.
Conclusion: They delivered what they promised, but it seems like a business rather than a service. That's how brands die in 2015.
