The customer support team was incredibly helpful and professional — they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy from start to finish. The receptionist named Christian is the worst. Firstly he does not communicate effectively and very dismissive with the students. First, he quoted me incorrect hourly rates and when I asked again after few weeks, he directed me to the website with different rates. He told me that every fee leading to driving license will be handled by school which was not true in the end. He told me NOT to text him for asking information for next class or the test. It os a very good school. I had a good experience during my Journey and got my driving liscense from first time. Mike is one of the best teachers and he was percect in teaching and delivering all the information to me. I highly recommend him.
