Ventsi who runs the company "Optimal El" is not only a very skilled electrician but also a true professional who provides very accurate estimates, keeps timelines and does his work with a great sense of responsibility, that is hard to find these days.
Before engaging Ventsi, I contacted a few other electric companies to give me advise and quotation for installing 10 spotlights on my altan and about 20 bollard lights (pollare) around the perimeter of my house.
Most of the companies were interested in giving me a "bulk"... rate before even trying to figure out the job that needs to be done. Ventsi's approach on the other hand was distinctive. He came to my place on a weekend morning and spent almost 3 hours with me in creating a solid design and suggesting very good improvements my original design. He even advised why certain parts of my project were unfeasible or could be expensive to maintain in long run and suggested more cost effective and scalable alternatives.
All of this even before I had decided which company to give the job to!
He provided a good offer which felt very solid given his interaction and I decided to give the project to him.
His estimates were very reasonable
He gave me a schedule, came on time with all the necessary materials and just worked diligently and silently.
Even though this was the busiest period, but he respected my vacation plans and accomodated to finish the job before I had to travel.
