TicketSwap

I bought tickets via Ticketswaps platform after searching specifically for only the "upcoming weekend" . Also when I made the purchase, the entire row with the event date was not visible in the listing. I only discovered after completing the purchase that the event had already passed. The fact that the date wasn't even visible at the time of purchase means the fault lies primarily with Ticketswap"s platform, not with me as the buyer. When I reported the issue, I expected TicketSwap to take responsibility for the platform... Visa mer and to resolve this – for example with a refund – because I purchased a product that was no longer valid, due to insufficient information and Ticketswap's failure to remove invalid listings. However, customer service ignored my messages entirely. No refund. No replacement. Waste of time and money. I would give Ticketswap zero stars if possible. Never using TicketSwap again.

Update: The issue described below was due to seller mistake, or rather a not very user-friendly system at AXS, no fault from ticketSwap, they put me in contact with seller and we are working on a resolution. Therefore I update my review with a higher rating, as no blame can be put on TicketSwap. But keep in mind that ticketSwap is just a middle-man and you cannot expect them to take responsibility in such cases, merely help buyer/seller, but there is always a risk when buying second-hand. -------------- Hi, I bought 2 tickets... Visa mer to an event, first time ever here. However, tickets did not work at the event, I was asked to go to ticket office at the venue, they checked the ticket numbers and said seller had received new tickets and mine were not valid. I could buy new tickets, as it was not sold out. Trust is earned in drops and lost in buckets, and this experience was really bad.
