I chose your salon because of the prices and your pictures, but was very disappointed with my visit. I did my nails at your salon on Tuesday last week, and now one of the nails has broken off. I didn't even notice when exactly it happened, so I haven't done anything unusual with them. I have done my nails at Murray's Naglar twice before, but didn't think the details looked perfect. Yet those nails looked much better than the ones I have now (and for the same price as yours). These nails are bulgy/wavy, too thick and in the shape of duck feet. Plus one nail broke off, and both times I had gel nails before, they lasted more than 4 weeks and were really difficult to remove on my own. I was not too happy with your pricing practice either. I did pedicure as well, and afterwards you charged me extra for using a tool that I did not ask for. If you would have told me that it would be extra, I would have said no and kept my apparently disgusting feet that you laughed at. I had no idea that this tool was not ordinary treatment, how would I know? If I book one thing and you think I need extra treatment that costs extra, you should at least let the customer know and ask first. Manicure gel 595 kr + pedicure gel 595 kr + nail décor on two fingernails 100 kr = 1290 kr. I paid 1490 kr, including 100 kr extra for the pedicure, but I still don’t know what the other 100 kr was for. I can’t afford to redo my fingernails now, so I will have to walk around with a broken nail.
