I came across Louise when I approached the real estate market as a buyer. Dhe was the broker for several apartments that I considered as option for my future home in Stockholm. I was immediately impressed by Louise´s sympathy and strive to put the buyer´s at ease since the first "visning" I attended. Louise immediately put me at ease and convinced me to place a bid, and I must say I am not a customer who easily places bids unless is fully convinced about the opportunity. I learned that buyers in the local market are much more emotional instead when it comes to bidding. I believe she immediately understood the type of customer I fit in and was able to provide fast only the information which was relevant for me to take a step forward. In that particular occasion - despite I placed several bids - I was not able to finally purchase the apartment, because unfortunately the seller decided to remove it from the bid at the last moment, probably because was planning to sell it at a higher price. However Louise tried as much as she could to finalize the transaction, also working late at night and being available for a last second viewing early in the next morning. I believe there was already a very good connection with Louise when I met her as the broker for another apartment I was interested in. This is why it was the same day I saw the flat that I decided to place the offer which made me, eventually, a homeowner in Sweden. I am happy that I met Louise as a business partner, and I strongly recommend her as a broker. It was also with passion that I showed all my colleagues the newspaper article that reported her as he seller of the smallest apartment in Stockholm. I proudly showed to my friends "This is the broker that sold me the flat I just bought".
