Thea is very nice and vety professional. I really like the color of my hair and she spent as much time as needed to make sure it looks good. However, I would like the technique to be more blending as a balayage than traditional highlights. As it is now, my hair is a little bit more stringy or stripe-y than what I normally go for which is more blended towards the end.
