I had an appointment with Milos Drazic on 26 January for an annual check-up. After the session, when I went to reception to pay, the receptionist asked me to wait and then went to speak with Milos to confirm the amount to charge me. I was speaking English, and they had this conversation in Swedish, apparently assuming I would not understand. After Milos confirmation I was charged 1,390 SEK for an appointment that lasted less than 7 min. The moment I left the clinic I contacted the friend who recommended this clinic and who... Visa mer is also a patient here. He told me that for the same type of appointment, he usually pays around 600 SEK less. I then asked if he knew others who are patients at this clinic and could check with them as well. In short, among six patients who go to this clinic, I was the only one charged this amount. I have to mention that I had no problem and didn't need any treatment or extra care like all the others I spoke to. The only difference between me and them is that I don't speak Swedish. No need to mention that I canceled my appointment with hygienist and won't be going back.
