I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The environment felt disorganized, and I was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness of the tools—particularly the pedicure file, which I saw sitting out on a windowsill before it was used. There was no visible sanitizing between clients, and it left me feeling uneasy. The staff was not welcoming. They spoke loudly to each other throughout my appointment, often over me, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. When I accidentally made a second booking—mistaking... Visa mer them for a different salon nearby—they were completely inflexible. They refused to cancel, reschedule, or even let me change the service to something else, despite my concerns about returning for another pedicure. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Cleanliness and customer service are both major red flags. There are much better options in the area.
