I had my wheels changed at this place, and not long after, I noticed something seriously wrong, I lost some wheel screws while driving. This could have ended very badly and was extremely dangerous. When I contacted them, they told me it’s “common knowledge” that I should return after 10 km to re-tighten the screws. While I understand that re-torquing is a safety precaution, this wasn't clearly communicated to me during the service. I only found out after the fact, when I called them because something had already gone wrong.... Visa mer A safety-critical step like that should be made absolutely clear to customers. Blaming the customer afterward, especially when safety is at risk, shows poor customer care. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning. I hope they improve their communication and take safety more seriously in the future.
