NO EMPATHY TO RECENT FAMILY LOSS
The attitude of the customer service is EXTREMELY POOR!!!! They are just thinking of your money. and have no empathy to customers in real needs and difficulties. They were so rude to my wife with RECENT LOSS OF FAMILY MEMBER!!!! She had to cancel her ticket. They just say it is their policy not to refund. My other family member booked tickets from other sites (se.lastminute.com). Even they did not pay "illness refund insurance", they still got quite an amount of refund right away. However, Flygpoolen does not care whether you die or live, and just said it is their POLICY not to refund. They just want your money! Advise others DON'T EVER TRY to get any tickets from Flygpoolen !!!!
