Stig Olofssons Elektriska AB agreed to install our washing machine, but installed it incorrectly, failing to remove the transportation bolts—a basic requirement for safe installation. This negligence caused the machine to break on first use. Despite clear evidence and multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company denied responsibility, and refuses to cover our costs. I have now filed a formal complaint with ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
