Warning - A company intentionally deceiving / defrauding customers, with unprofessional workers and personnel overall.
We hired Wall Group AB / Wall Måleri (www.wallmaleri.se) to do painting work in our 2 bedroom apartment in Stockholm. All in all, everything went wrong with the work they performed, they intent to deceit and defraud when ever they have an opportunity to do so, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from hiring this company.
In short: The work took double the time as estimated in the offer (8 days instead of 4), the quality of work was unacceptable and unprofessional (with the independent inspector, as confirmed by an independent inspector (besiktningsman), communication with the project leadership (Andreas) and the admin personnel (Monica) was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, with no service mindedness whatsoever, and they were hard to reach and generally do not answer to questions and are actively avoiding those.
The company also clearly has a strategy of making a cheap/low priced offer initially, but then later on increasing the actual price as much as possible through high material costs, an increase on the cost of the actual work etc. , with their "general terms" referenced to with small print in the contract being their justification on why they can do that.
We will most likely have to solve our dispute with the firm through court, as that seems like the only way to deal with them. I strongly advise you to make yourself a favor by staying away from this company, and finding a contractor that has the customers best interest in mind, is service minded, and reliable.
