The realtor was acting on behalf on the vendor ( we were the purchasers). Whilst he had the interests of the vendor at the forefront of his mind, he was most helpful to us with practical advice. He helped bridge the language barrier between ourselves and the vendor which was really important in concluding a successful transaction. Would highly recommend Urban and the company.

The realtor's service was very good. I expected the realtor to advice me about the price of the property, to advertise my property making it sound as good as it is, for them to show the property to prospective buyers and negociate the selling price. Looking back I think he could have given me some bargaining advice, however the decision was mine. The property being sold is a T3 apartment.

He was very patient and helpful, taking me through the house buying process in Portugal. We are so looking forward to spending time in our lovely new flat in Tavira!

O advogado foi muito incompetente e conseguiu atrasar um mês a escritura da r 4 outubro , Quanto a escritura casa r padre Evaristo do rosario , o mesmo advogado complicou muito tudo , e também não se fez o negócio Com o cliente Agora com outro comorador mudaram de advogado e muito competente . Contido a mediadora não esclareceu com segurança a proposta . O cliente prometeu 15% sinal , e duas semanas depois entregou 5.000€ com escritura dependente de empréstimo aprovado . Aconselho a obrigar os clientes a escreverem... Visa mer a proposta e não só proposta verbal. E depois o que o cliente prometeu verbalmente , não cumpriu .

I found Fastighetsbyran to be very professional and well organised throughout. The photographs and marketing campaign were of a very high quality portraying my property in a first class and excellent manner. Portraying and projecting the property in the market place on line, in store and on social media etc. Their real estate office is well located in the center of Tavira Town on a street that attracts lots of passing footfall. Furthermore, displaying an excellent image of the property in a prominent position... Visa mer in their office window. Despite an extremely tough, very slow and tremendously challenging market, due to Brexit and Covid the people at Fastighetsbyran remained calm throughout and percivered. Eventually seeking out and securing quality buyers and actually managing to achieve the Full Asking Price, despite the tough market conditions and when many other agents were panicking, talking sellers in to slash prices and sell at well below market rate. Fastighetsbyran stood firm and eventually secured a Full Asking Price Offer from quality, low risk buyers and thus successfully selling my property, in what had been a very tough, challenging and somewhat stagnant market. Full Marks to the Fastighetsbyran Team! They have a very diverse, extremely knowledgeable and experienced , close knit team in the Tavira office.
