A very cool, modern Restaurant and the service is friendly. The Meatballs are just wow! I can really recommend it to everyone, who wants to eat the swedish classic. One negative Point: I dont know if it is normal, but its very expensive. Overall a cool experience.

Please allow us to share plates or offer more flexible portion options. People from ASEAN countries are usually not heavy eaters. We are unable to finish large portions, and it results in unnecessary food waste. Vänligen tillåt oss att dela rätter eller erbjuda mer flexibla portionsalternativ. Bra service och vänlig, trevlig personal. Vacker och cool inredning inuti. Maten var ganska utsökt, jag gillade inte såsen men allt annat var gott. Stort utbud.

Total überbewertet der ganze Hype. Essen war ok, aber viel zu teuer. Bei der gemischten Platte bekommt man fast nur Standard Kötbullar. Sehr eng. Nur eine Toilette für alle. Bedienung war nicht so freundlich, wie ich es sonst in ganz Stockholm erlebt habe. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen.

The atmosphere was ok, the staff was lovely, the music was great but nothing was special about the meatballs sorry:( and also quite expensive for a plate. 259 SEK for a plate which is half full. It wasnt worth it sorry.

Lovely atmosphere, great service, delicious food. My family if 5 chose quite different meatballs between us from pork/beef, bear and vegan all equally tasty. Particularly enjoyed the pickled cucumber. Highly recommend

Vi kom precis när restaurangen öppnade, vi fick vårt bord och allt gick smidigt. Servicen var bra och snabb, maten var också välsmakande och precis som vi förväntade oss. Tack så mycket!

Its very overpriced for what the food is and the amount. Even when not having speciall meat balls. The place is very cramped.

The texture of the meatballs and the taste was amazing, but I’d recommend having more sauce and the option to select your own meatballs if a variety (like the chefs selection but instead the customer gets to select, even if it means paying extra)

Knajpka fajna, lecz danie wybierane przez szefa kuchni mogłyby zawierać trochę lepsze kulki. Bardzo nie smaczne są klopsiki z kurczaka, słone, mięso kiepskie. Dodatkowy szok puree mrożone.

The meatballs were way too salty and the mashed potatoes were blend. Pickled cucumber is not pickled just because of vinegar. I’m very disappointed in general.

Hello, staff was great, environment was great, food was good. Just I would suggest to have 2 types of CHEF CHOICE menus: 1x Classic (with meat of chicken, cow, pig, etc) 1x Special/Wild (with meat of bear, reindeer, dear, etc.) I know might be pricey, but I think most of the tourist are really looking to try those "unusual meats", and honestly I was a bit sad to not be able to taste many of them. It was a pleasant experience to try 8 different kind of meat on one plate, although the mashed potatoes were cold. Very friendly atmosphere and lactose intolerance cared for. All in all 5 star visit.

I had hoped for an authentic experience of eating where locals go to eat, good, friendly service and a nice meal. Service was OK, but not great. We could only get the standard meal with no modifications because the menu was being changed. People who came in after us were left to stand in the doorway and were neither greeted nor served by the staff for quite a while, whilst a waitress was standing nearby changing menus. When our food arrived the waitress spilled half the sauce into my water glass, which was just an accident but shouldn't happen. The food was OK. Prices were OK.

Back to Stockholm after almost 3 years. Since my first stop in 2022, I made a silent promise that if I ever make it to Stockholm again, will make sure to drop by at Meatballs for the People. I had a good experience back in 2022 and I still had a good experience in my recent visit on May 2025. Thank you, Meatballs for the People and I hope you will always accommodate solo diners.
