Kristian was replying all mails and texts instantly. The service was great and we managed to close the deal without too many problems.
I will say it was not so good that there was miscommunication about the date we would take over. It went from suggested 31st may to 31 july or something like that. Which meant we wouldn't be able to use the house all summer. Me and the seller agreed on 2 July and thereby met in the middle but in the future it would good to avoid such instances. In the end it didn't effect the deal so I rated 5 out of 5 stars. Kristian was abroad or on holiday on the signing date so his colleague who was there at the meeting tried to broker the deal best way possible and said sorry on behalf of the company. Anyways.
