Riddersmark Bil AB, Just cheaters!
I trusted these people and made a deal over the phone on 19th December 2018 for buying a car. The sales person told me that the car has an engine block heater and is in very good condition. I did pick up the car on 28th December 2018. When I took the car out from their garage I found problems with the steering, it was stiff, heavy and makes high noise in bends and turns. Also, after 2 days I found that the car doesn't have a block heater. I have immediately, on 31 Dec and 1st January, called the salesperson, Alvar Lindgren, he did not answer. The other persons at Riddersmark Bil AB pointed me that they are not responsible and I must contact Alvar.
Since then and until 14th Jan 2019, I have called Alvar many times and sent many messages for his help to solve the problems. Alvar would never respond to my calls and/or messages. On 14th Jan I was able to get him on the phone, he suggested me to fill the oil servo, check, and come back to him if the problem still persists. In meantime, he would speak with this boss for either exchanging the car (or) reducing the price (or) taking back the car. I did as he suggested, the problem still remains and then I was calling him and writing messages to him until 25th Jan. He would never respond as he did before. On 25th Jan, I was once again able to get him on the phone, he said that he did fix an appointment for the repair at a garage in Sundsvall/Östersund and he can send me the confirmation, I thanked him and requested him to send me the confirmation by E-mail. Later I understood, It was just a lie, he lied to me again. He did not fix anything.
I contacted him the next day, as usual, he was trying to find a way to escape from his responsibilities. On 26th Jan he was claiming that it is over a 1 month period and they don't take any responsibility after 1 month. But, if you see, I reported the problem within 3 days after took the car.
He was simply lying and do not hesitate to cheat, Riddersmark Bil AB is just a cheating company.
