Since this was the first time I was engaging a cleaning service, I did not know what to expect, and I had heard a lot of bad reviews from friends. But Upplandsmiljö AB's services turned out to be very good! They gave clear instructions, almost always answered calls, and have been helpful throughout the process. There was just one small problem - the keys to my apartment were given to another customer by mistake, but they apologised and I got back the correct keys within 30 minutes. I wish they had a system of labelling the keys they receive, or inform the clients to mark the keys. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
